Refund Policy

On receipt of return request by customer, Spare Part Wala will initiate the refund process subject to policies defined below:

  • Spare Part Wala will verify the authenticity of return claims and accept/reject refund to the customer.
  • Return will be processed only after receipt of defective material at Spare Part Wala and same is found authentic with respect to the original return request.
  • This will be authenticated and verified by Spare Part Wala team.
  • For refund claims accepted by the Spare Part Wala, the refund will be initiated to customer’s Spare Part Wala “Wallet”  within 1-2 business days from the date of acceptance of refund by Spare Part Wala.
  • Shipping & Handling Fee will not be refunded in case buyer refuses to accept the delivery.
  • Refund initiated for any reason will be deposited only in customer’s Spare Part Wala “Wallet”.
  • Refund will not be credited on any bank account or UPI id or number.
